Lake Avondale Park is the centerpiece of the historic Avondale community. The lake is home to ducks and geese. It is ringed by benches and features a lovely picnic pavillion. At one end of the lake is the Avondale Estates Community Club, which hosts monthly special events for area residents (by membership).
